The Battlefield 6 Casino Heist event brings a limited-time run of Contracts, payouts and event rewards to REDSEC, alongside the new European Casino map, a Vegas-inspired infantry battleground built around a tower that reshapes the whole fight when it falls.
What Is the Battlefield 6 Casino Heist Event?
Casino Heist is a limited-time event built around Contracts, payouts and event rewards. Progress is tied to a broad range of playstyles across Battlefield 6 and REDSEC. If you want more context on the Vegas-themed content around this event, see our look at the Casino Heist community update.
How Contracts and DOUGH Work
The Contracts cover a wide spread of objectives. You may be asked to capture points, earn eliminations, support teammates, complete REDSEC activities or deal damage across the battlefield. Some are straightforward, while others nudge you to change tactics, switch classes or approach a match from a different angle.
The key is spotting where objectives overlap. A single successful push can advance several Contracts at once, so one engagement may move you toward multiple rewards.
Every completed Contract pays out DOUGH, the event’s limited-time currency. DOUGH is then exchanged for rewards inspired by the world of Casino Heist.
Casino Heist Rewards: Skins, Stickers and a Weapon Package
The reward track includes:
- Weapon Stickers
- Patches
- Vehicle Decals
- Player Card customization items
- Vehicle Skins
- A Weapon Package
- New Heist-themed Soldier Skin variants
As your DOUGH earnings grow, more rewards become available, so new unlocks keep appearing throughout the event.
European Casino Map: A Vegas-Style Infantry Battleground
Available in Battlefield 6, European Casino takes the spectacle of Las Vegas and turns it into a fast-paced infantry experience. The map is set in a grand European-themed resort, with luxury hotels, high-end shopping districts, lavish casino floors and resort grounds. Destruction can tear open new routes in seconds, keeping players on their toes.
Senior Level Designer Samuel Kack explained the design thinking:
“While creating the European Casino map, we wanted to make the casino a functional space, one that feels credible and also offers intense infantry gameplay. The capture points were inspired by the eccentricity of the different themes Vegas casinos are known for, from fake skies above busy shopping streets and faux architectural elements to majestic indoor gardens and Santorini-inspired resort areas.”
Kack also noted that the team wanted to avoid a map that felt like a military operation covered in sandbags. Strategically placed slot machines and other casino-themed props help achieve that, delivering a tense, infantry-focused experience. The 120-Metre Tower and How Its Collapse Changes the Map
At the centre of European Casino stands the tower, visible from nearly every corner of the map. It is more than a landmark: it shapes how players move and fight around the resort. When it falls, the centre of the map changes with it, turning a familiar fight into something quite different.
Standing more than 120 metres tall, the tower needed a dramatic collapse without leaving the centre of the map as an impassable pile of rubble. Getting that balance took repeated testing and iteration, until the debris was fun to fight around while still delivering the spectacle players expect.
