Battlefield 6 Season 5 Maps: Vegas Strip and Area 51 Revealed

Battlefield 6 Season 5 is bringing the fight to Nevada with two new maps set in some of the state’s most iconic locations. The Battlefield 6 Season 5 maps stretch from the neon-lit streets of Las Vegas to the heavily guarded grounds of Area 51, each offering a distinct combat experience.

Battlefield 6 Season 5 Brings the War to Nevada

Season 5 combines fresh environments with a big push on the combat side. Along with the two new maps, the season adds 6 new weapons and 2 new vehicles, described as the biggest update to the combat arsenal yet. A new PVE Halloween event rounds out the offering.

Vegas Strip: Casinos, Hotels and Storm Drains

Vegas Strip drops players into a dense urban battlefield where casinos, hotels and landmark attractions have become the center of the fighting.

  • Olympus Pools: Combat shifts between close-quarters fights inside the hotel, skirmishes around the pool deck and battles across the surrounding resort grounds. Teams that hold the high ground can watch key routes and pressure enemies moving between objectives.
  • Olympus Lobby: Players can enter through the valet area, push through staff entrances, or use ziplines to reach the rooftop before dropping through the collapsed dome overhead. The objective rewards teams that attack from multiple angles.
  • Crater & Storm Drains: Above ground, infantry and vehicles fight across exposed streets and debris fields. Below, storm drains and tunnels mean tight corridors and close-range engagements, offering a safer route through the middle of the map.

Area 51: Above-Ground Battles and the Hidden Facility

Area 51 lets players battle across the base above ground or push into the facility hidden beneath it. The two spaces play very differently, but they stay connected by the flow of the match.

  • Crash Site: Ground vehicles frequently clash around the wreckage, while nearby hangars let infantry move between cover and challenge advancing armor.
  • Helipad: Built into the mountainside, its elevation gives clear sightlines toward several objectives. It is a popular spot for Recon players and also gives teams anti-air options against enemy aircraft.
  • The Crater: A massive impact has exposed sections of the underground facility, creating tunnels, garages, abandoned laboratories and defensive positions. Three objectives are packed into this area, keeping infantry in constant close-quarters combat.
  • Aircraft Control Tower: At the start of the match, the upper floors serve as a powerful sniper nest overlooking much of the battlefield. Leave it standing and defenders can lock down large sections of the map. Bring it down, and the fight shifts to the rubble below.

Season 5 Arsenal, Halloween PVE Event and Rapid Royale

Beyond the maps, Season 5 delivers 6 new weapons and 2 new vehicles, plus a new PVE Halloween event for players who want something beyond standard multiplayer.

Rapid Royale is also coming in Season 5. It takes the foundation of REDSEC Battle Royale and turns up the intensity, while the goal remains simple: survive to the end. A trailer is available, and you can see more in our Battlefield 6 REDSEC Season 5 gameplay trailer coverage.
