What Went Wrong With AION 2 Steam Payments
Between Tuesday, October 6, 2026 and Monday, October 12, 2026, some Steam payments failed to process correctly. This resulted in two separate problems: purchases that were not delivered, and purchase limits that blocked players from buying again.
Issue 1: Purchased Items Not Delivered
In the first problem, purchased items were not delivered even after the Steam payment was completed. The missing items have now been delivered for all affected payments.
Issue 2: Purchase Limit Used Up Without Completed Payment
The second issue involved purchase limits being used up even though the Steam payment was not completed. This prevented players from making another purchase. The purchase limits for the affected payments have been restored to their original values.

What Affected Players Should Know
