The AION 2 Abyss Rift Stone event offers a direct way to extend your Lower Abyss time by purchasing stones with Kina. With a weekly purchase cap and a seven-day expiry, it lets players extend Lower Abyss sessions through careful buying decisions.
What Is the AION 2 Abyss Rift Stone Event?
In an announcement titled “Conquerors of the Abyss,” NC introduced the Lower Abyss Rift Stone (7 Days) (Bound), an item available from the in-game Shop for Kina. Each stone restores one hour of Lower Abyss usage time, and purchases arrive in your inventory immediately upon acquisition.
Event Schedule and Time Zones
The event runs on two regional schedules:
- PDT: After scheduled maintenance on October 13, 2026 (Tuesday) until before scheduled maintenance on October 27, 2026 (Tuesday)
- CEST/CET: After scheduled maintenance on October 14, 2026 (Wednesday) until before scheduled maintenance on October 28, 2026 (Wednesday)
Since the event begins and concludes around maintenance windows rather than fixed times, check your region’s maintenance schedule to confirm the precise start and end moments for your time zone.
How to Buy the Lower Abyss Rift Stone
Navigate to the Shop, open Wind Breeze Merchants, and select the Special tab. The Lower Abyss Rift Stone (7 Days) (Bound) is available there for 50,000 Kina per purchase.
Purchase Limits, Price and Level Requirement
- Price: 50,000 Kina per stone
- Purchase limit: 7 per character per week
- Level requirement: Character level 45 or higher
Buying the full weekly allowance of seven stones grants seven hours of additional Lower Abyss time per character, calculated at one hour per stone.
Important Notes: Expiry, Non-Tradable Items and Changes
- Each stone remains valid for seven days from the date of receipt and is automatically deleted thereafter
- All items provided through this event are non-tradable
- Rewards are delivered directly to your inventory
- Event schedules and some rewards are subject to change due to internal circumstances
- The event is subject to the AION2 Event Terms and Conditions
Since stones expire seven days after you obtain them, plan your purchases carefully to avoid losing unused items, particularly as the event draws to a close.
