The Delta Force Halloween update is rolling out on 10/22 with no downtime, and it arrives with a spooky lineup of limited-time events, a new Trickster Store, and a Pumpkin Reaper lucky draw. Gameplay and matchmaking will not be affected. Most Halloween content runs from 10/23 to 11/9, giving operators a window to collect Major Event Tokens across Operations, Warfare and Detonation.
Halloween Update Overview: Release Date and No Downtime
The update goes live on 10/22 without any server downtime. If you run into problems afterward, restarting the game should complete the update. Players whose client is out of date will need to install the latest version before they can log in.
Operations: Raven’s Deal and Raven’s Deal: First Call
In Operations, Raven’s Deal challenges players to rack up successful extractions with supplies of a designated value, while completing activity missions unlocks further supplies. Alongside it, Raven’s Deal: First Call introduces a brand-new in-match mechanic. Completing the designated exploration and activity missions earns Halloween Major Event Tokens. Both events run from 10/23 to 11/9.
Warfare and Detonation Halloween Events
Warfare has its own set of seasonal modes. Overload Challenge asks players to finish designated challenge missions in Overload mode, while Hill of Iron, the vehicle combat mode, is open for a limited time and rewards Major Event Tokens. Halloween Merit ties Battlefield Ranked match missions to a stack of tokens.
In Detonation, the Detonation Mode Halloween Carnival lets players complete match missions to earn Candy Tokens. A separate Detonation Supplies: First Scare event, running 10/23 to 10/29, rewards finishing matches, planting bombs as a team, and securing wins with Candy Tokens. If you play Detonation often, you may also want to read about the Detonation weapon balance adjustments and Arcflare draw.
Trickster Store Rewards: Skins, Charms and Cosmetics
The Trickster Store is the centerpiece of the update, and it is open across Operations, Warfare and Detonation until 11/9. Tokens earned from the events can be exchanged for:
- P90 – Ahsarah Wraith and KC-17 – Graffiti Art firearm skins
- Lever-action Rifle – Graffiti Art
- Charm – Mischief Maker
- Calling Card – Halloween and Avatar – Halloween
- Spray Paint – Quacking Scary (Stinger, Quacking Scary, Vlinder)
- Tactical Armament Voucher
Warfare’s version adds Premium and Intermediate Weapon EXP Tokens and a 2x EXP Card, while Detonation’s store includes the Action – Synergy and Halloween-themed avatars such as Clear Broth Pot and Army Stew.
Weekly Events, Pumpkin Reaper Draw and Bundles
Several weekly events run from 10/23 to 10/29, including Operations and Warfare weekly supplies, the Expert Choice challenge using P90 and KC-17, the Tekniq Alloy Store, and Score Calculation. Weekend Merit Boost, running 10/24 to 10/25, grants double Merit for the first three Warfare Grade Matches.
The Pumpkin Reaper Appearance Lucky Draw runs from 10/23 to 11/21 at [Store] – [Top Pick] – [Pumpkin Reaper]. It is a non-replacement draw, and the first pull costs 10 Delta Coins or Delta Tickets. Every round’s prize pool has no duplicates, and hitting the grand prize guarantees one randomly selected Pumpkin Reaper series appearance, along with any remaining rewards from that round. The pool includes QCQ171, VSS and G18 appearances. Separately, the Breaking the Mold Bundle arrives 10/26 to 11/9 with CI-19 – Breaking the Mold and matching avatar, calling card and spray paint.
Bug Fixes and Optimizations
The update also patches several issues, including a Hudson Guard helicopter that could reach unbalanced positions, Desmoulins’s Threat Imaging System revealing underwater operators in Polaris Patrol, cover that could be exploited to see through obstacles, and a Security Director’s Work Badge that was occasionally not consumed when entering as a Polaris Squad.
