Day 3 results are not covered here. This explainer focuses on what is at stake as the PGS 12 Grand Finals get underway. The finale of the 2026 PUBG Global Series will settle the final PGS Points standings, and those standings decide the eight teams that reach PUBG Global Championship 2026, so every placement carries weight.
PGS 12 Grand Finals: What’s at Stake
Circuit 4 is the last circuit of the season and consists of three events: PGS 10, PGS 11 and the Circuit Final, PGS 12. Once PGS 12 concludes, the season-long PGS Points race spanning PGS 1 through PGS 12 is settled and the PGC 2026 qualifiers are set. For earlier days of the finale, see our PGS 12 Grand Finals Day 2 coverage.
PGS Circuit 4 Schedule and PGS 12 Format
PGS Circuit 4 runs from October 14 to November 1. The schedule breaks down as follows:
- PGS 10: Group Stage on October 14, Winners Stage on October 15, Survival Stage on October 16, and Final Stage on October 17–18.
- PGS 11: Winners Stage on October 22, Survival Stage on October 23, and Final Stage on October 24–25.
- PGS 12: Survival Stage on October 29, and Grand Finals from October 30 to November 1.
At PGS 12, the top eight teams in the Circuit 4 PGS Points standings advance directly to the Grand Finals. The remaining 16 teams compete in the Survival Stage for the other Grand Finals spots. Read our PGS 12 Survival Stage coverage for more on that stage.
PGS Points Standings Entering Circuit 4
The standings below are as of the end of Circuit 3, before any PGS 10, PGS 11 or PGS 12 points were awarded. At that point, Virtus.pro led with 261 points, followed by Made in Thailand (224), 17Gaming (223) and T1 (208). The PGC qualification line was tight: Petrichor Road held the eighth and final qualifying spot with 152 points, Falcons were seventh with 154, and Gen.G Esports were ninth with 145. These figures do not reflect Circuit 4 results; check the official PGS standings for the latest picture.
How PGS Points Decide PGC 2026 Seeding
The top eight teams in the final PGS Points standings from PGS 1 through PGS 12 qualify for PGC 2026. Placement also determines where a team starts its journey. The 1st-place team goes directly to the PGC 2026 Grand Finals, the 2nd-place team enters at Survival Stage Day 1, and teams finishing 3rd through 8th begin in the Qualifying Stage.
240 PGS Points: How Double Points Reshape the Race
PGS 10 and PGS 11 each award 60 points to the winner, with points handed out down to 16th place. PGS 12 doubles those values, giving 120 points to the winner and 96 to second place. A team can earn at most 240 points across Circuit 4 (60 + 60 + 120), so a single strong finish could reshape the race.
PGS 10 featured 24 teams split into Groups A, B and C using snake seeding based on PGS 9 results. Group A included Gen.G Esports, Made in Thailand, Virtus.pro, TEAM LIQUID, DN SOOPers, Sharper Esports, Team Vitality and Natus Vincere. Group B featured T1, Alpha Gaming, Team Flash, eArena, Petrichor Road, FULL SENSE, TYLOO and JD Gaming. Group C was made up of Falcons, Geekay Esports, Anyone’s Legend, 17Gaming, FOUR ANGRY MEN, Twisted Minds, 09 (Team Nemesis at PGS 9) and Godlike. After GAM The Expendables withdrew from Circuit 4, Team Flash was added as the replacement based on its PVS Phase 1 placement.
With the PGS 12 Grand Finals under way, the final PGS Points are being decided and the last eight teams for PGC 2026 are about to be known.
