AMA Time and Submission Details
The two-hour Q&A session kicks off on October 14th, 2026, at 10 am PT and runs until noon PT. The announcement was posted on Steam and asks players to drop their questions below it ahead of the AMA, then return for replies once it goes live. The source gave no direct link to the thread. With only two hours available, the team says it will answer as many questions as possible, though not every question will get a response.
Meet the Respawn Developers
Two members of the Apex Legends team will be handling questions:
- RSPN_JeffWright (they/them) – Lead Technical Designer
- RSPN_Danja (he/him) – Senior Technical Game Designer
Tips for Getting Your Wildcard Question Answered
The team has shared guidelines to help improve your chances of receiving a response during the developer Q&A:
- Keep questions related to Wildcard
- Limit yourself to one or two related questions
- Be polite and ask in good faith
If you have off-topic questions, the team asks you to suggest which AMA it should host next. Feedback is also welcome, and the team will collect it to share with the wider team.
What Remains Unknown About Wildcard
The announcement does not specify what Wildcard is. Respawn has not said what it will cover beyond Wildcard itself.
